3. Ticket Purchases and Event Registrations
3.1 Accuracy of Information
All information regarding performances, events, workshops, ticket prices, and availability is subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3.2 Ticket Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund and exchange policies for specific events will be disclosed at the time of purchase. In the event of a show cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund or exchange option according to our cancellation policy.
3.3 Code of Conduct at Events
Attendees of Gateway Theatre Guild events are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful to other attendees, performers, and staff. We reserve the right to remove any person from an event for inappropriate behavior without refund.
